Monroe Capital LLC announced that it has acted as lead arranger and sole administrative agent for the financing of a senior credit facility to support the recapitalization and future growth of Dealer Services Network (“DSN”) by capital sponsor- Frontenac investment.

Based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, DSN is a technology provider of automotive tags, titles, registration, secure document management and other ancillary services.
