Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated: Healthcare building within the professions of the Illinois Science and Technology Park



CHICAGO, November 19, 2021 –JLL Capital Markets today announced the closing of the sale of 4901 Searle Parkway, a rentable 228,362 square foot healthcare building located in Illinois Science + Technology Park in Skokie, Illinois.

JLL represented the vendor, American Landmark Properties. The buyer was TopMed Realty, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare real estate.

Located in Illinois Science and Technology Park, a 22.6-acre master plan, 4901 Searle Parkway originally served as the headquarters of pharmaceutical giant GD Searle. Today, following major capital improvements and the success of the campus, the property is leased to a quality and nationally recognized tenant, NorthShore University HealthSystem.

The JLL Capital Markets team representing the seller was led by Sam DiFrancesca, Patrick Shields, Jaime Fink, Jeffrey Bramson, Bruce Miller and Brian Shanfeld.
