Greenberg Traurig expands corporate practice and wins Jaclyn Ruch as a New York shareholder


The New York office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has welcomed Jaclyn Ruch as a shareholder in the areas of corporate, mergers & acquisitions and private equity. Ruch represents private equity sponsors in national and cross-border transactions with a focus on the healthcare sector.

Ruch assists clients with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, restructurings, growth investments and other investments, including control and non-control investments and co-investments. In addition, Ruch regularly advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate law matters. She joins the Ropes & Gray company.

Ruch received her JD cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where she was Notes Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law. She received her BS cum laude from New York University.
