Foam Holdings, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, LP (“Wynnchurch”), announced the acquisition of Amvic, Inc. (“Amvic”) and Concrete Block Insulating Systems, Inc. (“CBIS”). Amvic, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, is a leading manufacturer of expanded polystyrene (“EPS”) insulated concrete forms, radiant heated flooring and other building products and insulation. CBIS, headquartered in West Brookfield, Massachusetts, manufactures EPS preformed concrete block insulation systems and insulated containers.
