Nina has an outstanding track record as a trusted corporate and M&A advisor to energy, manufacturing, industrial and service companies of all sizes, from local businesses to multinationals. She is adept at navigating increasingly complex business transactions with clear solutions for clients, and her arrival marks the next step in Blank Rome’s expansion to meet the dynamic needs of the company’s clients in Houston and at national scale. She also represents clients in sophisticated OTC derivative transactions and matters related to Dodd-Frank, EMIR and other regulatory compliance matters.

Nina earned her JD from the University of Houston Law Center, her MBA from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, and her BS, magna cum laudefrom Tulane University.
